Who is eligible?

Singaporean residents, 18 years old and above, either current or new members of PSALT Care, with a formal diagnosis of a mental health condition (self-declaration). Individuals who do not have a formal diagnosis but are interested to receive RTW-I services will be assessed by PSALT Care staff, clinicians or collaboration partner. As slots are limited, each application will be reviewed based on the needs and current functioning level of service users. Exclusion criteria apply (e.g., when assessed to have severe mental health condition that require immediate medical attention).
